Yoga is not just an exercise.

Hello, my name is Yana and I’m a qualified Therapist, Nutritionist and Teacher of Hatha Yoga – a practice to unite the body and mind.

I offer a personalised approach for individuals who require emotional therapy, focused physical practice, and guidance.

Specialising in breathwork, I'll guide you through it's powerful effects, helping you let go of trapped feelings, connect with yourself, and enter a meditative state. One-to-one session is a great opportunity to address your specific needs and abilities, in a safe, peaceful atmosphere, we can bring attention to your goals whilst promoting a positive outlook on life. I work with people of all ages and abilities.

I met Yana a few years ago and she had told me that at some point she would start her journey in teaching yoga. Her teaching of breathing techniques using our chakras, posture and balance positions with meditation and crystals at the end makes you leave a class feeling relaxed and refreshed.
